Team building and corporate expeditions on sailing yachts in the Arctic and Antarctica

An expedition just for your team

What we offer

Team building on a yacht

On a yacht a team quickly becomes a crew: watches, sails, the helm, shared decisions. Everyone sees the result of their work straight away, and roles fall into place naturally, without artificial exercises.

Corporate travel

A private expedition for employees, partners or key clients. Ice, whales, fjords and shore landings instead of yet another hotel with a conference room.

Business training and strategy sessions

Bring your own trainer or facilitator: the saloon is your meeting room, and between sessions the programme continues outside. Far from the office and notifications, the team finally talks about what matters.

Incentive trips

An expedition as a reward for your best people or a whole department. A bonus like this is remembered for a long time, and talked about for longer than a cash award.

Great things in business are never done by one person. They're done by a team of people.

Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple

No matter how brilliant your mind or strategy, if you're playing a solo game, you'll always lose out to a team.

Reid Hoffman, co-founder of LinkedIn

Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don't want to.

Richard Branson, founder of Virgin Group

The sea shows who people really are

On shore it's easy to stick to familiar roles. At sea things are different: a shared watch, changing weather and handling the sails quickly show what each person is capable of and who can be relied on. People reveal a new side of themselves, and the trust built on board goes back to the office with the team.

It's a great way to look beyond the familiar and step away from routine. The team rests, grows closer and picks up new skills at the same time: from sail handling and navigation to reaching agreement and making decisions together.

Our yachts have plenty of room and everything you need to get together: a spacious saloon, a shared table, the deck. It's a comfortable place to discuss ideas, run sessions or simply talk, without rushing and without an agenda.

Everything is tailored individually. You can choose a more extreme route, with open sea and ice, or a calmer one, with short passages through sheltered fjords. The level of comfort and the level of physical effort are adjusted in the same way: to your team, its experience and your goals.

Two formats

Your own route

Together we build a route around your dates, group and goals. We define the region, the duration and the balance between work, activities and rest. The captain suggests anchorages and landings that fit your programme.

An existing expedition

Choose one of our existing routes: Antarctica, Greenland or the Lofoten Islands. The route, logistics and permits are already in place, and the yacht sails with your team only.
